At LumoDental™, we’re committed to making returns simple and stress-free.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, provided your item meets the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and in original, hygienic packaging
- Unused and undamaged
- With all accessories, manuals, and gifts included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase and returned within 14 days
Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK Orders)
If you’ve purchased online, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason.

You then have 14 days to return the goods to us.
How to Start a Return
To begin the process, email info@lumodental.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive full return instructions.
Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us immediately at info@lumodental.com with photos or a short description.
We’ll replace or refund it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used oral care or personal hygiene products
- Custom or personalised items
- Perishable or hazardous materials
- Sale or clearance items
Exchanges
Need a different item?
Simply return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
