At LumoDental™, we aim to make your experience fast and reliable.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when it ships (including your tracking number).

Note: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or if payment/address details require verification. If any delay occurs, we’ll notify you promptly via email.

📦 Estimated Delivery Times

🇬🇧 United Kingdom (Insured Delivery): 3–8 business days
🚚 Germany/US/Ireland (Insured Delivery): 6–11 business days
🌍 International (Insured Delivery): 8–14 business days

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only.

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, public holidays, or courier delays outside our control.

💰 Taxes & Duties

For international orders, import duties or customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in our checkout prices and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

LumoDental™ cannot influence or estimate these fees. For accurate information, please check with your local customs authority.
We are not responsible for customs clearance delays.

❌ Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order after payment:

- Contact us immediately at info@lumodental.com
- If your order hasn’t yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If your parcel has already been dispatched, please follow our Returns Policy to request a return after delivery.

🚚 Lost or Delayed Packages

All shipments include insured tracking.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days (UK/EU) or 30 business days (international), please contact us at info@lumodental.com
We’ll assist in locating the parcel or issuing a replacement where applicable.

🛡️ Shipping Protection

LumoDental™ provides insured delivery with every order.
This covers loss or damage during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim.
