- We offer both one-time purchases and monthly subscriptions

9. Delivery, Title & Risk
- Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout
- Estimated timeframes apply
- Risk transfers upon delivery; ownership transfers upon full payment
- If you're unavailable at delivery, the parcel may be left safely at the address
10. Product Warranty
- All LumoDental™ Products include a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects
- Claims require proof (e.g., photos or video)
- Warranty excludes misuse, unauthorised repairs, or wear and tear
11. Returns – Change of Mind
- You may return unused Products within 14 days of delivery under UK law
- Unsealed or used Products (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned unless faulty
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return
12. Product Quality Issues
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to Products that are:
- As described
- Fit for purpose
- Of satisfactory quality
Faulty items may qualify for a refund or replacement based on the issue and timing.

14. Intellectual Property
- All content on this site belongs to LumoDental™

15. User-Generated Content
By tagging us or using our hashtags, you grant LumoDental™ a royalty-free licence to repurpose your content for marketing.
You must have rights to the content you share and ensure it doesn’t violate any third-party rights.
